Insurance Policy for Damage & Loss:

In the event that your package arrives damaged, do not refuse or dispose of any items or packaging. Please hold onto all items and packaging, and contact Brooklyn Editions at [info@brooklyneditions.com] immediately. Please also capture as much documentation (through image or video) of the damage and await instructions to file the Damage Claim. All damaged works will be replaced promptly, but only if you are able to provide proof of the damage in picture or video. Do not dispose of any items or packaging until told so by Brooklyn Editions.

In the event of loss, please contact Brooklyn Editions at [info@brooklyneditions.com] immediately, and await instructions on how to proceed with the Loss Claim.

Customs and Import Taxes / VAT

Any and all customs and import taxes / VAT are the responsibility of the collector / receiver to pay. We do our best to fill customs forms to reduce any potential amount, but each country's customs office works independently to assign any additional fees and we are unable to predict them ahead of time. Failure or delay to pay and claim packages that are held at customs will either get disposed of at site, or sent back to Brooklyn Editions.
